Who we are

A modern steward of classic institutions.
Corner House Hospitality was founded on a simple belief: great cities are defined by the places where people gather. We exist to preserve, elevate, and extend those places - building establishments that feel timeless, rooted, and essential to the neighborhoods they serve.

Inwood Tavern - the beginning of a legacy.
In 2014, following the sale of a business and in search of a meaningful new pursuit, Len Critcher acquired Inwood Tavern - despite friends and family questioning the wisdom of owning a neighborhood bar. Len saw not risk, but responsibility. Today, Inwood Tavern stands stronger than ever, continuing a 62-year tradition as one of Dallas’ most enduring and beloved gathering places.

Built on friendship, history, and shared memory.
Shortly thereafter, Len’s longtime friend and future partner Chris Camillo ensured he would be part of the revival of another Dallas institution: Chelsea Corner. Their connection ran deep - both had worked there while attending SMU, learning hospitality and business not from textbooks, but from the rhythm of a real dining room.

Chelsea Corner - restored with restraint.
The philosophy was never reinvention, but renewal. Chelsea Corner was brought back with reverence for its past and an eye toward permanence - reestablishing it as a polished, neighborhood anchor where generations continue to gather.

Growth guided by principle, not pace.
In 2024, the duo acquired Milo Butterfingers, another storied Dallas establishment. Following a comprehensive renovation and operational revival, Milo Butterfingers has reemerged revitalized and thriving - more relevant and more popular than ever, without losing its unmistakable character.

The next chapter - written boldly.
With the acquisition of the iconic Sunshine Flowers property behind Chelsea Corner, the team is preparing to introduce its most ambitious concept to date: Sunshine Flowers. Designed to push creative boundaries while remaining deeply rooted in place, it represents a confident step forward for the brand.

Our philosophy.
We don’t build concepts for seasons - we build institutions for decades. Each Corner House concept is intended to become part of the city’s heritage and part of our patrons’ lives: places where routines form, milestones are marked, and memories quietly accumulate.
