We bring different perspectives, united by a shared commitment to building iconic, beloved places through thoughtful design, purposeful work, and genuine hospitality.

Our Team

Len Critcher

Guided by a clear vision and a deep understanding of business, Critcher has built and led successful companies across multiple industries. In hospitality, that experience translates into thoughtfully designed spaces, strong teams, and concepts rooted in longevity and community.

Outside of work, he draws inspiration from travel and experiencing life on the ocean -often captaining boats and exploring new places - as well as time spent on the ranch, where stewardship, perspective, and respect for tradition inform his approach to leadership.

Chris Camillo

Chris Camillo brings a builder’s perspective to hospitality, shaped by his work as an entrepreneur, YouTuber, and investor.

He is the co-host of DumbMoney Live and the author of Laughing at Wall Street, with a background rooted in decoding culture and consumer behavior.

He is an active philanthropist through the Camillo Foundation, a commitment that carries directly into the hospitality concepts he helps build.
